Hard Rock Casino Restroom

As we headed back to the west coast of Florida after our long weekend in Boca Raton, we dropped my hubby's son off at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino (same place where Anna Nicole Smith died) since his flight wasn't until the early evening and he LOVES poker. So we puttered around and had lunch by the pool...............and I got this photo just as we were leaving........

LOL, my hubby is way too funny. He and my son were just too much in my space so I ordered them out of the kitchen. So my husband put these post-it-notes on the tile. There's a third one that says, "Enter at your own risk." Hahahahahaha.

I love wandering around the bayou across the street.......after I walk my dogs over there, I usually head home and grab my camera and then run back over there, especially if I noticed any great photo ops.

Starting a School Project

My son is doing a project on Thurgood Marshall. The written parts have already been done, but today it was time to spray paint the box he'll be using for his display. The smell was nasty, even outdoors.......you can see how he is trying not to breathe anything in.

Bundled Up for School

It was sooooo cold this morning, only 39 degrees as we took off for school. Only reached mid-50's today, but will start warming back up tomorrow after another very cold start. Then the weekend will be in the 70's.........talk about c r a z y weather!

Morning Beverages

My nonfat iced chai latte and Diet Coke............usually the Diet Coke just sits in my car or at my computer desk until the ice all melts and I ultimately dump the rest out. Rinse out the Circle K cup each day and return the next day for a "refill."
